The Raleigh Beer Garden (and Charlotte Beer Garden)

This 10,000 sf renovation and expansion of a small existing office building created the restaurant, garden and bar which holds the Guinness World Record for most beers on tap, or did before recently being surpassed by the Charlotte location, both New City projects.
