Partnering with Regency Centers, New City served as design architects for this complete redevelopment of a City block in downtown Richmond’s Carytown neighborhood. The new project includes a Publix Grocery, 30,000 sf of new retail, extensive public amenities, patios, outdoor dining areas, and other features.
